All club members are expected to have purchased their own full set of equipment after 1 year. Borrowing equipment is for exceptional circumstances, such as fencing a weapon that isn’t your usual, or something of yours breaks during training. Participants of a current beginner course take precedence when borrowing equipment.

However, under those exceptional circumstances, club members may borrow club equipment for competitions and events held outside regular club training times. Requests need to be confirmed by the Armourer. In general, we expect members to return borrowed gear after one week, but exceptions can be made for certain events like Unigames.
